IPP 2019 Update 2 Functional and Security Updates?

I am trying to determine how important it is to update to IPP 2019 Update 2 or later based on this text in the IPP 2019 Update 2 Release Notes:

• Intel® IPP Update 2 includes functional and security updates. Users should update to the latest version

Could you give a little more detail on what functional and security areas were affected? Even a general area (Compression, Cryptography, Image processing, …)

I work in a regulated industry and I am trying to decide how much risk this would cause us, but without any details it's hard to make a judgement call.
